Maybe Not So Positive

It does become hard in life to keep yourself positive when there is so much negativity in your life. I don't want to give up, I want to work it out, but working it out is so hard. I didn't think it was supposed to be this hard? I know you are going to have ups and downs, but why do the ups always seem so short and the downs so long? Time will only tell.
