I've decided after reading Power's Blog that I would like to try this out myself. I have been going through a lot of changes and would like somewhere to put them. As I mentioned in my comment to Power, I just started reading "The Monk who sold his Ferrari". The book is great and I'm so glad I have come across it. I have decided to start eating healthier and trying to concentrate on positive things. I never realized how often negative things fill ones mind until I tried to block them all out. Each day I have been trying to focus on the good instead of the bad and I think when I can achieve this, I will feel so much better. It's like an internal spring cleaning, just every day. Perhaps every week, I guess it depends on each person. I used to do this on my own. I would write down everything that upset me and it will feel like I released it out of my inner thoughts and it seemed so far away from my thoughts. This would be the same way, however through meditation.
As far as the healthier eating side, I've done really well. I went to the grocery store on Monday and bought lots of vegetables and fruit. I have maintained my healthy eating for almost the whole entire week. My fiancee decided to have date night last night and we went out to eat. I chose something healthy, but I don't know everything that went on it. I still felt good afterwards though.
Well that's about it for now. I will keep you posted on what is to come.
